Five ISO Standards, Further Assurance for Entegra Customers

Trust in a strategic partner is built on what happens behind the scenes as much as what you experience day to day.

That’s why we’re proud to announce that Entegra has achieved certification to five ISO standards concurrently, independently validating the management systems and disciplines that underpin how we operate:

  • ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
  • ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety
  • ISO 9001 – Quality Management
  • ISO 22301 – Business Continuity
  • ISO/IEC 27001 – Information Security

What the standards mean in practice

  • Consistency you can rely on: As Entegra grows and customer requirements become more complex, our approach helps maintain the consistency of service and performance customers expect.
  • Resilience when it matters: When a business partner is closely connected to your operations, disruption to their business can quickly affect yours. Building resilience into how we operate helps maintain the support our customers rely on.
  • Greater confidence in how information is protected: The more closely organisations work together, the greater the potential exposure created by shared information. Strong information security helps customers manage that third-party risk without compromising the collaboration needed to work effectively.
  • Supporting wider environmental ambitions: Environmental performance increasingly extends beyond an organisation’s own operations. A partner with a systematic approach to its environmental responsibilities can support customers in strengthening performance across their wider value chain.
  • Responsible business in practice: Health and safety performance says something broader about how an organisation is run. A strong approach helps customers choose partners whose responsibilities to people are backed by clear governance and accountability.

For Stephen Beech, CEO UK&I & Head of Global Operations at Entegra, the achievement provides another measure of the strength of the organisation customers are choosing to work with:

"Our customers trust us to support some of their most important operational and commercial decisions. Achieving certification across five ISO standards provides independent validation of the systems, processes and controls that sit behind that support."

Expertise that stays within Entegra

Entegra prepared for the independent certification process using our own internal expertise, without external consultants.

Our teams developed a detailed understanding of the requirements and how they apply to the systems and controls already embedded across the business.

That expertise now sits with the people responsible for putting those disciplines into practice every day. For customers, it means the standards are not something managed at arm’s length but understood and maintained within the business they rely on.

A framework for what comes next

Customer needs, risks and regulatory expectations don’t stand still, and neither can the way we operate.

Maintaining certification means continuing to review and challenge our approach as those demands change. It gives customers confidence that the standards supporting our delivery are being actively maintained, not simply evidenced at the point of assessment.

Reflecting on the process, Kerry Hickman, HR Director UK&I at Entegra, said:

“What really stood out for me was how people from across Entegra came together to bring this to life. Driven by a small core team, it quickly became a shared effort, with people bringing their expertise and taking real ownership. Achieving all five at the same time took a huge amount of work, and the way our teams approached it says a lot about how we work as a business.”

The strength behind the partnership

For customers, it provides further evidence that Entegra has the rigour, expertise and resilience to be a partner they can depend on, today and for the long term.
